Activate – an energising breathwork practice to discharge stress and increase vitality

Regulate is a gentle and restorative breathwork practice designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing. Through calming breathing techniques, mindful awareness, and guided relaxation, you'll be invited to slow down, release tension, and return to a greater sense of balance and ease.
This class is perfect for those navigating stress, overwhelm, busy minds, or difficulty switching off, and offers a dedicated space to reconnect with yourself and cultivate calm from within.

Activate is an energising breathwork experience designed to help you move stagnant energy, release built-up stress and emotions, and reconnect with your natural vitality. Through guided breathwork, movement, music, and somatic awareness, you'll create space to shift what no longer serves you and awaken a greater sense of clarity, confidence, and aliveness.
This class is ideal if you're feeling stuck, depleted, disconnected, or simply wanting to bring more energy and intention into your week.
