Refund and Cancellation Policy

To support the preparation and planning involved in each session, all bookings made through Soma & Solas are subject to the following policy.

Group Sessions

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled group session may be transferred to a future session date where available.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

1:1 Sessions

1:1 breathwork sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.

Breakthrough Breathwork Events

Due to limited spaces and event preparation, bookings for Breakthrough Breathwork sessions are non-refundable. If notice is provided more than 72 hours prior, a transfer to a future event may be offered at discretion.

General

If Soma & Solas needs to cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be offered either:

a full refund, or
transfer to another available session.

By booking a session, you agree to the above terms.
