Calm isn't the goal.
Capacity is.
To feel without becoming overwhelmed.
To move through stress without staying there.
To return to yourself when life pulls you away.
A space to slow down.
A space to feel.
These guided somatic breathwork sessions are an opportunity to step out of the noise for a while and reconnect with your body.
Through breath, awareness and gentle nervous-system practices, you'll be invited to notice what you're carrying, create space to breathe and reconnect with yourself, without needing to fix, figure out or achieve anything.

What happens in a RESET class?

A familiar rhythm, with space to meet yourself where you are.
Each RESET session follows a gentle arc, so you know what to expect without every session feeling the same.
We begin by arriving. Slowing down, noticing the body and giving yourself a moment to settle.
From there, we move into guided breathwork, gradually exploring different breathing patterns, sensations and states in the body. Some sessions may feel more energising, others more grounding. You're always invited to work at your own pace and stay connected to what feels right for you.
You might notice warmth, tingling, movement, emotion, stillness or very little at all.
There is no right experience.
The intention isn't to make something happen, or to get it “right”. It's to create enough space to notice what is already happening within you.
Then we slow things down again.
The breath softens. The body settles. There's time to notice what has shifted, reconnect with your surroundings and gently return to the rest of your evening.
That's the RESET.
FAQ
Breathwork is the intentional use of different breathing patterns to influence how you feel in your body. During RESET, you'll be guided through simple breathing practices while paying attention to your body's sensations, thoughts and responses. There's no complicated technique to learn and no expectation to “do it right”.
There are similarities, but they're not quite the same. Meditation often involves becoming still and observing your thoughts or breath. Breathwork uses the breath more actively, with different breathing patterns creating different physical and emotional experiences. RESET brings elements of both, slowing down, becoming more aware and tuning into what you're experiencing in your body.
That's completely okay. You don't need to arrive calm, flexible, experienced or able to switch your mind off. RESET isn't about forcing yourself to relax. It's about creating space to notice what's happening in your body and learning to respond to it with a little more awareness.
That's okay too. There's no particular experience you're supposed to have during breathwork. Some people notice strong physical sensations or emotions, while others experience subtle shifts or simply feel more present in their body. You don't need a big experience for the practice to be valuable.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. You'll be lying down for most of the session, but if lying down isn't comfortable or suitable for you, please let me know, we can make adjustments where possible.
You don't need any previous breathwork or meditation experience. You'll be guided through the session and invited to work at a pace that feels appropriate for you.
A note on safety: If you are pregnant or have cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma or a severe psychiatric condition, please check with your healthcare provider before attending and let me know before your session.
And most importantly, there's nothing you need to achieve. Come as you are, get comfortable and see what you notice.
