All sessions are voluntary, and participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after participation.

Breathwork can involve physical sensations, emotional release, and changes in nervous system state. Participants are encouraged to work within their own capacity and communicate any concerns prior to a session.

2. Health and Medical Conditions

Somatic breathwork may not be suitable for everyone. Participants are responsible for informing Soma & Solas of any relevant medical, psychological, or physical conditions prior to attending.

Participation is not recommended without medical clearance for individuals with conditions including, but not limited to:

cardiovascular conditions
epilepsy or seizures
severe asthma or respiratory conditions
pregnancy
recent surgery or major injury
severe mental health conditions including psychosis or schizophrenia

Soma & Solas does not provide medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.

3. Results and Outcomes

Individual experiences vary, and no specific emotional, physical, or therapeutic outcomes are guaranteed through participation in any session or offering.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon payment unless otherwise arranged.

Pricing, session details, and availability may change at any time.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

By booking, participants agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy outlined on this website.

6. Personal Responsibility

Participants remain responsible for making decisions that support their own wellbeing before, during, and after sessions.

Participants may pause, modify, or stop participation at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and session structures shared through Soma & Solas remain the intellectual property of Soma & Solas and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
