Reset (Private)

Service Description

Sometimes you don't need to go deep. You simply need space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself. RESET Private brings the gentle, grounding experience of the group RESET into a 1:1 setting. You'll be guided through personalised breathwork and somatic practices at a pace that feels right for you, with space to slow down, notice what's happening in your body and settle your system. A simple, supportive space to step out of the noise and give yourself some time to reset.
